Pilates
Body conditioning with a system of effective exercises, that integrates controlled, flowing, low-impact movements to enhance body alignment & improve posture. It also develops a strong core strength, spine health, muscle balance, mobility, & flexibility. Variations on Classic mat Pilates with portable apparatus. Different levels of instruction.
Restorative Pilates
Restoring mobility, balance to muscles, improving posture as body works better aligned. Easy modifications for movements will be given to manage restrictions for your unique body. Small Group programme for beginners, level 1.
FiT / HiiT
Fitness Interval Training at high/Low intensity to get you FiT, body toned & a healthy heart. Combination of cardio, core, balance & strength with bodyweight, light weights and Resistance bands, while detailed attention is given to good exercise form. Be prepared to SWEAT! Instruction in different levels with modifications, therefor for all abilities & fitness.
Aerobics (Step-Cardio-Box)
Cardio workout on upbeat music to motivate you, while boosting your heartrate & breathing. Increase cardiovascular endurance.
Mobility & Stretch
Focusing on mobility, strength & deep stretching your whole body. All abilities welcome.

Facilities available at CmomFit Studio Our Spaces are available by pre-booking to rent on an annual, monthly, daily, or hourly basis. It includes secure parking and backup solar system.

Tranquil rooms for your wellness session / mental health partitioning / tutoring / spa treatment. Set up as per your preferred choice as an open space / office / conference style / therapy room with a massage table.
